Your profile
- Experience in guest service, sales, merchandising, and brand/product knowledge or handling cash
- Ability to engage customers positively in a high-volume store with diverse needs
- Availability to work in shifts, on weekends, and holidays
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
- Fluency in German, English, and additional languages is preferred
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Demonstrate a high priority on hospitality, entertaining, and selling
- Champion a "Guest comes first" attitude through the power of fun, in an environment where everyone feels they belong, with a ‘One for All and All for Fun’ mentality
- Drive sales through demonstrating engagement, productivity, and selling strategies which in turn supports the store to meet and/or exceed quantifiable performance metrics (e.g. Net Sales, Net Promotor Score (NPS), Conversion, Average Dollar Sale, etc.)
- Proactively recover shop floor to support visual standards which ensures all products are easily available and shoppable for our guests
