Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, Category Management, Digital Merchandising or Analytics and BI.
- Experience with eCommerce tools and platforms such as SFCC, Google Analytics, PowerBI or Site Merchandising tools.
- Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in leading a team is desired.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry is a plus.
- Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in German or another European language is beneficial.
Your Mission
- Manage and lead a team of Category Managers to optimize sales and profitability.
- Be responsible for driving the growth of your own PUMA Categories within the eCommerce direct-to-consumer business in Europe.
- Create and execute a strategy to improve your main KPIs including Sales, Profitability, Product Conversion and Sell Through Rate.
- Manage product launches and campaigns on PUMA.com and Marketplaces.
- Closely cooperate within your "Category Squad” consisting of Merchandising, Consumer Experience and Marketing to analyze the performance, identify opportunities and derive actions.
- Take full ownership of your Category P&Ls and ensure monthly & yearly targets are met.
- Cooperate with the Site Merchandising team to optimize sorting, filters and navigation for your categories.
