As Director Process Management (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for process management in our company. You will manage and coordinate the analysis, optimisation and further development of our processes and ensure that they are efficient, effective and future-oriented. You will work closely with all relevant departments and actively drive forward the digital transformation of our processes.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Strategic further development of process management : you identify potential for improvement in our processes and develop innovative solutions for optimisation
- Analysis, optimisation and automation of business processes : You analyse our business processes using suitable methods and identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
- Implementing new process management methods and tools : You evaluate new process management methods and tools and implement them in the company
- Controlling and monitoring process KPIs : You define relevant process KPIs and monitor them continuously
- Reporting : You prepare regular reports on the status of process management in the company and inform the management about the successes and challenges achieved.
- Collaboration with all relevant departments : You work closely with all departments in the company to continuously improve processes.
- Leading and motivating the process management team : You will lead and motivate the process management team and ensure a positive working atmosphere
Who we are looking for
- Completed studies (e.g. economics, engineering, computer science) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of process management with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of lean management and process analysis approaches such as Six Sigma
- In-depth knowledge of process mining
- Experience with process management methods and tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High level of action and competition orientation
- Fluency in German and English
