In your new role you will:
- Automate and Analyze qualitative & quantitative data with statistical theories and methods to drive productivity and quality improvement
- Support and on sustaining configuration on auto anomaly detection script/tool to improve efficiency and sensitivity.
- Setup the necessity on existing provisioning of data in efficient manner(e.g. tableau, BI-portal) and provide analysis insights.
- Support and implement new measures to ensure robustness of test program management systematic
- Support and perform defined periodic data analysis which would support team to identify yield/eLRR improvement potential and priorities
- Setup Trigger, coordinate periodic SBA review activities, and responsible to keep SBA specification up to date.
- Participate and team up with internal engineers on cascading cross-site harmonization initiatives.
- Responsible to verify the triggered abnormal events, alert PE for immediate action and suggest for permanent action. Drive for improvement on abnormality detection
- Main interface to FI, PE, YM, Cluster PTE for data analytics,statistical and SBA methodology topics
- Support FAR data requisition on lot history, process mapping and execution of 8D (root-cause finding, containment and permanent actions)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer) or Computer Science (IT) or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in Product Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in programming
- Well-versed in Ms. Excel VBA Macro
- Knowledge in Oracle database, UNIX server, SQL developer
- Knowledge in APC, SECS/GEM, UNIX
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work in team
