We are currently seeking an Office & Feelgood Manager with outstanding customer service skills, a motivated mindset and a strong desire for professional growth. You will primarily be responsible for the front desk and office related tasks, as well as managing external workshops held at our o ffice. Those tasks will include welcoming clients, talents and Netlighters, coordinating food orders, and ensuring a proper setup for our events. As a member of our First Impression Team, you will play an important role in delivering a professional and positive experience to all stakeholders, whether through email, telephone interactions, or in-person meetings.

- You pay attention to details & possess great organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, reception and conference hosting is meriting, but not a prerequisite
- Curious and resourceful mindset
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
