Intro

Position: Compliance Officer
Sector: Banking
Start Date: June 2024
Duration: 3+ months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 110’000-130’000

Tasks

Implement and maintain trade surveillance systems to monitor and review trading activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Analyze trading data to identify and investigate irregularities and potential violations of market conduct rules
Develop and refine surveillance techniques and tools to enhance the detection of non-compliant activities
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal departments to provide reports on surveillance findings and take appropriate action
Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in response to new regulations
Provide training and guidance to trading and compliance teams on regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and surveillance practices
Conduct regular reviews and audits of trading activities to ensure continuous compliance and address any gaps in surveillance coverage

Requirements

Fluency in English and German
Resident in Switzerland
3+ years PQE in the compliance field
Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
