THE ROLE
Our local Talent Search team is responsible for growing our Zurich office with the right people and setting their foundation for building a career at Netlight. In this holistic role, your main responsibility will be end-to-end (tech-)recruiting - but it does not end there! You will also be working on employer branding & marketing, event management, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, and project management based on your strengths and passions. To enjoy and succeed in this role, you are an ambitious person who is driven by meeting new people, learning about newest trends on the tech market, helping people unleash their potential, with the ultimate goal of building a state-of-the-art consultancy company in Zurich. As an office with ca. 40 colleagues, you will be given the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment with many opportunities for personal and professional growth - and a lot of fun!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent Graduate/Young Professional with a master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Management, Communications, Media, Social Sciences,...) OR a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant full-time experience.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written fluency in Swiss German and English.
- Passion for people, project management, entrepreneurship & tech.
- Ability to network and genuinely build relationships with diverse groups of people.
- Self-driven with an genuine mindset, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate.
- Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. sales, business development, recruitment, project management.
