As an application developer for process engineering systems I create applications and software modules for test benches in automotive development. The focus is on exhaust gas turbocharger and fuel cell test benches as well as high-performance conditioning systems for fluids. The practical experience of the previous activities benefits the future users by a simple and intuitive usability even for highly complex process plants.

As a project engineer I commission test benches for vehicle development worldwide. The main focus is on exhaust gas turbocharger test benches as well as cycle process plants and conditioning systems for water, oil and gas mixtures. The tasks range from simple channel tests to customer-specific adaptations and optimizations of the software application to acceptance tests of the entire system. Further activities are service and maintenance of existing test benches with a strong focus on software topics.

I lead a small team (mechanics and test engineers) in the development department of Voith Turbo Aufladungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG, which operates turbocharger test benches and supervises several development projects in the field of exhaust gas turbochargers up to series production validation. My tasks include the selection and procurement of measuring equipment and test materials, monitoring and administration of the technical facilities as well as coordination, programming and execution of the tests.

Ich schrieb meine Diplomarbeit über eine selbst entwickelte und gebaute Eisenbahn-Weichenheizung auf Basis von Geothermie. Der Schwerpunkt lag darin die Anlage ohne zuätzliche Energie zu betreiben, was durch eine Rieselfilmsonde erreicht wurde. Zu meinen Aufgaben gehörte die Projektierung sowie der Bau der Anlage. Im Anschluss wurde das System in mehreren Messreihen auf seine Funktion überprüft und erweitert.

Erfassung und Eingabe ins Versandsystem von höherwertigen Sendungen wie Einschreiben und Postzustellungsurkunden von Gerichten und Finanzämtern.

Fachrichtung Energietechnik mit Spezialisierung auf regenerative Energien
