Focus on Cloud strategy, architecture, and solution for customer projects to help customers on cloud transformation. Be trustable cloud advisor, and leverage Huawei products and cloud technologies and propose proper solutions to meet customer’s requirements. Work closely with Tier-1 key customers to build up Openstack based private cloud or public cloud. Do face to face customer engagement, demonstrate cloud strategy and Huawei solution to C-level and directors.

Focus on project SDLC management and product management, and plan/manage whole release and also each sprint. Lead team to design and prioritize product features for each release, and organize global members (US & China, 200+ members, 12 scrum teams, and Testing teams) to collaborate together to complete each mission. Lead team to adopt customized Agile (3 weeks sprint, Scrum of Scrum) and DevOps/CI/CD, and refine the process accordingly. Manage some outsourcing teams on different testing phases.

Lead 10 persons team to focus on Oracle EBS(GL/AP/AR/SCM/FA/HCM, etc) localization and customization development for Japan market. Focus on product strategy and design to meet different customer requirements. Multiple projects SDLC management and key technical investigation. Establish good customer relationship, get good feedback and award several times. People management works includes performance review, talent growth/motive/coach, and skill set build up, career development and so on.

Lead team for customer project delivery using different technologies, sometimes work on-site in Japan. Focus on requirement analysis, technical design, coding and testing. As lead, review document/source code and help member solve issues. Project management, progress and quality control.

Focus on Enterprise software development for Insurance, Banking, and Manufacture industries using Java language. Lead team to work on-site in Japan to co-work with customer to deliver projects. Lead offshore team to deliver the development under tight schedule.
