Grade 2.1 Master Thesis: "Resilience as a guiding concept for companies" (grade 1.3) In my consecutive Master's program, which offers a variety of specialization options, I was most interested in the field of Business Informatics and Information Systems. As a result, I selected the focus area "Information Management" in my Master's program. Most of my completed exams and all of my written scientific papers can be assigned to this research area.

Grade 1.7 The focus of this study program is on the principles of modern business management, which is characterized by continuing globalization, ongoing digitalization and dynamic markets. The research focus of all of my scientific work was on consumer and behavioral research. I was able to complete my bachelor thesis topic: Apology, compensation and co. - appeasement of consumers after service failures with a grade of 1.0.
