- Manage a team of three people - Forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis for P&L and B/S accounts of the plant - Tracking and reporting of KPI’s and permanent financial analysis with corrective actions initiated and follow-up - Driving performance by partnering with operations on identifying and eliminating weak points. - Post Audits of projects with life-time revenue >$8M - Compare actual vs. approved P&L, analyze deviations - Initiate actions for OI Improvement and cooperate with other departments on their execution. - AD Hoc analysis on various areas in operations, procurement targeting margin improvement or working capital reduction - Perform price / volume analysis of the annual spend on commodities, providing opportunities for savings - Analyze customer line-down claims and negotiate at the customer’s site

• Non-conformance cost analysis, bottom-up Estimate to Complete, rolling forecast • Program Excel macros for the calculation of optimal payment structures and maximizing EVA within existing contractual boundaries

• Support the sourcing of $200M material content • Prepare RFQ’s, analyze and compare quotations, calculate cost and focus on saving opportunities
