Jean-Christophe Berthon

I have more than 20 years of experience in software and system engineering, team lead and project management mostly in the field of space. I have significant and recognised technical expertise in software development, system architecture and design, software infrastructure, Linux OS and containers. I have worked in many different (multi-)cultural environments: Reykjavik (Iceland), Toulouse, Paris (France), Darmstadt or Bochum (Germany). My specialties are monitoring and control of ground stations, project management, software & system engineering, system & network programming, profound Linux and container knowledge. I am currently employed at CGI in Bochum (Germany) as Project Manager and System Engineer, and I am currently the head of Earth Observation and Science department.
