• Manage Product Transfer Projects effectively in a wide range of products, galencial forms and productions sites all over the world • Lead global interdisciplinary project teams • Develop detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third-party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and under budget • Identify risks and contingencies and communicate the progress to initiators • Prioritize projects, and identify technical, logistical, and supply chain requirements

- Manages all drug product related activities for tech transfers of assigned projects- Leads interdisciplinary project teams and defines & monitors project scope, timing and progress -Provides technical expertise together with site experts and initiates change control and ensures approval -Writes Process Transfer Documents and initiates monitoring -Coordinates feasibility, regulatory and validation batches at site and ensures compliance to current standards -Manages tech transfers for scale-up

- Responsibility & accountability for completion of tech. transfers on time & budget - establishment of process in receiving site - Establishing transfer plans - Responsibility for the assigned portfolio of transfers - Forming & leading cross-functional teams - Single point of contact for teams & related functions - Negotiating contracts (timelines, roles) - Monitoring & overseeing activities - Updating the Unified plan – Problem solving – Risk management - Interacting with SCLs to maintain supply chains

- Preparing quotations & their follow-up and visiting, meeting & conference reports - Building & maintaining external relationships with business partners and supporting Clinalfa basic customers - Organizing internal & external customer visits - Ensuring internal & external communication flow - Participating conferences, symposia & meetings - Performing market analysis, literature & internet searches - Managing & supervising Clinalfa basic products up to final release

- Leading complex projects and managing of cross-functional project teams - Structuring & coordinating interdisciplinary project activities - Monitoring, controlling & supervising project progress versus plan - Identifying project risks and implementing and managing of project changes and corrections - Communication with internal & external stakeholders ensuring consistency and transparency - People-management & guiding team processes within the project teams - Preparing & communicating project report
