Ensure transparency on the overall IT product usage and define consumption strategies, policies and (request, approval & reclaim) processes; improve (provisioning & reclaim) processes, usage/deployment discovery, reuse and cost forecasting to lower TCO.

Ownership of the End User Asset Provisioning Toolchain and IMAC/D processes. Accountable owner of the global inventory information (100’000 Assets, accuracy 97.5%) to support operational needs, costing & charging as well as demand management.

Drive creation and deployment of Technical Best Practice (TBP) processes. Plan, own, manage and drive all aspects of the technical IT projects to include tasks and milestones within Europe Central. - 10.2008 - now - Setting up a virtual Team developing GDS-integrated vb.NET based utilities customising, quality assuring and controlling the PoS-Process. - 2.2008 - 9.2008 - Managing the business strategic project to change HRG's primary GDS (PoS-Application) in Switzerland and Austria

Consolidation of two helpdesk and one development team to establish one support-team operating the German business desktop environment; personnel management of 6 people. Conception of the European default desktop client and the related processes following the IT Infrastructure Strategy.

Conceptual design, implementation and operation of the client-lifecycle-management and related processes; total of 1200 clients, thereof 1000 business critical terminals in a heterogeneous LAN/WAN/RAS environment.
