As Director of Rooms I'm leading front office, housekeeping and engineering department and reporting to the general manager directly.

Pre-Opening – The Times Square Building – a mixed use office, retail, and commercial facility in the heart of district one HCMC which includes The Reverie Saigon – a Leading Hotel of the World, 287 rooms/suites and 89 serviced apartments. September 2011 to June 2013 Responsible for all pre work required for the pre-opening of HCMC 1st Leading Hotel of the World.

Responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping, Exec Lounge, Laundry, Transportation Team, Business Center, Kids Club, Operator Team, Concierge and Airport Representatives - Total 160 Associates. Implementation of new relaesed SOP's and improved guest satisfaction significant, implemented up-selling program which generated 280,000 USD within 18 month, improved associate satisfaction and reduced turnover from 16% to 3% within 12 month.

Rooms Division Manager (acting Residence Manager) – Bavaria Hotels International – 110 Luxury Apartments – Dubai UAE; August 1st 2009 – January 31st 2010 •Reporting to General Manager and deputizing for him when he is out of property/country. •Acting Residence Manager during pre-opening responsible for all departments of the 110 luxury Apartments and Suites which included reservations, sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, IT during pre-opening time

Front Office Manager - Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Kuwait City – 264 Rooms/suites and Executive Lounge May 1st 2008 to May 31st 2009 • Daily responsibility for 264 rooms/suites and Executive Lounge of this “Ritz Carlton Courtyard” • Department champion for the GSS and PE 2006 through May 2009 – implemented in housekeeping and continued in front office to drive focus on guest satisfaction and solving repeated problems through education of the team resulting in 4 area awards for GSS overall satisfaction

Housekeeping Manager - Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Kuwait City – 264 Rooms Emirate Kuwait; September 2006 to April 2008 •Responsible for the Department in absence of Director Services. •Department Champion for Opera Conversion 2 to 4 resulting in minimal down time/loss of data and smooth transfer to new system whilst running manual systems •Improvement of AOS scores through introduction of documented training sessions and problem resolution at lowest level

Front Office Supervisor - Renaissance Hamburg Hotel - 205 Rooms Germany; February 2003 to September 2006 •Reporting to the Front Office Manager and covering the department when he was on vacation. •Property champion for conversion from Fidelio to Opera version 4. •Responsible for the front office daily operation of the city centre property. •Implemented GSS and PE tracking program which allowed ease of viewing for the department/property standards resulting in improved results. •Training
